Lead>Defend COVID-19 Health Advisory

Lead>Defend is proceeding as scheduled, subject to any public health limitations that may be recommended or required by local, state or federal agencies at the time of the event. ABSC reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel Lead>Defend at its sole discretion. Max seating capacities due to Covid-19 for social distancing are in place are expected to be adhered to by attendees. All venues will be sanitized prior to the event.  Full refunds are available through February 22. After February 22, only COVID related refunds will be offered. (Exceptions may be considered for emergencies on an individual basis.) Substitutions are allowed.

 

Guidelines to Follow:

  1. Make sure no one in your group has been exposed to Covid.
  2. Follow your churches travel protocols.
  3. Upon arrival only go to the venue that your group is assigned to attend. Keep your group separated as much as possible from other groups. Wear masks at and during Lead>Defend. During lunch stay within your group.
  4. Please observe social distancing at registration and at all times.
  5. Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer.
  6. Ask those attending from your group the Covid questions:

Have you experienced any of the Covid symptoms in the last 48 hours?

In the last 14 days have you been exposed to anyone with Covid symptoms?

Are you currently waiting on the results of a Covid test?

Check temperature of your groups attendees.
