Neal Scoggins

Pastor and Evangelism Strategist

Neal Scoggins is the Pastor of City of Refuge Community Church in Little Rock, Arkansas and serves as an Evangelism Strategist for the Arkansas Baptist State Convention where he facilitates The Institute, a Seminary level training for Pastors and ministry leaders in the state of Arkansas. He was educated at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Radio, TV, and Film with an educational emphasis in Speech Communications and obtained his Master of Arts in Religion (MAR) from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia with an educational emphasis in evangelism and church planting. Neal is a former sermon researcher, Youth Pastor, College Pastor, Director of Religious Life, and radio personality in Little Rock.  He has done voiceovers for various churches and businesses in the Central Arkansas Area. Neal produced a CD for Children entitled “The Real Story of Christmas” and produced a weekly e-mail devotion called “WORD OF THE WEEK.”

Neal Scoggins has ministered to churches and ministries domestically in Arkansas, Illinois, Texas, and California, as well as internationally in Haiti, Dominican Republic, and India. Neal Scoggins focuses his motivational teaching on issues that are unique to a post-modern generation. He also trains leaders on Ministry growth and structure. Neal believes the following; “If we don’t grow we die.” Neal and his wife Erin have two sons, Greyson and Kendall and they reside in Maumelle, AR.
